November Goals


Hello lovelies

Blogger cliche of the week: how is it November already?? 

So, how was your October? Did you achieve everything you wanted to? Here's how I did:

Make October the BEST Month yet- Attend all personal training sessions (for me these are check in phone calls)
- Exercise five time a week
- Give up alcohol for the month
-Make healthy changes to diet/follow a healthy food plan (Becky is working on mine)
-Attend our workshop next week/watch the videos online  

I actually didn't achieve this hardly at all! I started off strong and then I went away for the weekend and wine was drunk and food was constantly offered and I wasn't near the gym so I definitely lost my motivation. I'm definitely wanting to get back on this during November. 

Sort my sock drawer out

Hahahaaa! I DID manage this.. Andy is really grateful!! We actually bought a flat last week and we move in in January so a lot more sorting needs to happen before then!

Actually organise those "we have to do something soon moments" 

Yes!! I met up with a friend who's recently come back to Chester and we hadn't seen each other for about 18 months and another friend who I haven't seen at all this year which is good going hey? I've actually had quite a social month which I've loved!

Buy at least half of my Christmas presents 

I think I'm nearly halfway there!! Money seemed to be tighter this month but I managed to get a few of the bigger ones ticked off and I have pretty good ideas for what else I need to get. I'm hoping to be done by December 1st! Is it too early for Christmas gift guide posts??

Plan an Autumnal date 

Ohhhh. How did I forget about this? I definitely want to get this ticked off in November.. that's still Autumnal right?

So.. apart from basically needing to do some of the things on the above list again!! What else have I got planned for November?

1. Lose a stone - I think if I'm really disciplined this will be possible and then I'll be nearly at my target weight. It's not just that though.. I want to be toned and fitted and just happier. I'm a bit gutted I'm not quite at this point for my graduation on Thursday! 

2. Blog every day- Remember last year when I did #BEDN? Yeaaaa I've decided I'm going to do that again! It's not an officially organised one but I'm hoping I can manage it.. until today I've not blogged for over ten days so it's definitely going to mean some focusing! 

3. Book a wedding venue -  we're hoping to visit venues at the end of the month so hopefully by the start of December we'll have a venue and a date. Eeeeeek. 

4. Finish two books- I'm currently reading Blog Inc. for Smart twenties book club & I'm also reading "Build a Business from your Kitchen table" by Sophie Cornish & Holly Tucker. I'm loving them both and learning a lot.
