American Adventure- Our AirBnB Experience

Hello Beauties
Happy Saturday.
Today we're off to see Beyonce in Cincinnati. EEEK
But I thought first I'd fill you in on the last aspect of our Wilmington trip.

Remember when I got crazy excited about Air BnB? If not read it here.
Well, for those of you who don't know. Air BnB is a website which advertises people's houses/rooms/gypsy caravans for people to stay in and more than often it works out cheaper than a hotel.

Since Kate introduced me to it I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on their app "pinning" dream venues for staycations and far flung adventures!

So whilst in Wilmington we stayed: here.

Our hosts were Aileen & Kevin who were just the best! So cool and welcoming. One night we had drinks with them (pink lemonade and vodka) they also cooked extra breakfast and dinner one day and let us have some which was so sweet.. especially as the food was really good.

They also have the cutest cat: Grey. Who lives the most charmed existence but was so snuggly you could forgive him!

We had a wonderful double room and the main bathroom at our disposal which was plenty of room for the two of us. The bed was crazy comfortable and there was Netflix on the TV as well, winner.

The neighbourhood was built in the 80s and the people who decided on street names took the "British Authors/Poets and Playwrights" maybe a little tooooo far!! "Shakespeare pl?" really, friend?

But it was 15 minute drive to the beach! Yeyyyyy! and about the same to Downtown. and if we didn't feel like going out? Sun loungers in the garden!!!

If you go to Wilmington then I'd totally recommend staying with Aileen & Kevin.

Until next time....

Have you ever used Air BnB?
